Vascular lesions

Vascular lesions range from simple telangiectasias and spider veins to large varicose veins and port wine stains.  The common denominator here are abnormalities in the structure and position of the vascular structures in and immediately below the skin. 

 

Diet, weight, activity level, hormones and may other factors contribute to many of these.  Some lesions, such as port wine stains are congenital.​  Many of these can be treated effectively with injections or laser and IPL treatments. 

 

We offer treatment for these with the Alma Harmony laser.​ We do not currently offer injections for these conditions. ​Larger vein lesions, specifically varicose veins, likely will require consultation with a vein specialist to avoid or treat complications.
