Vaginal Rejuvenation

Introducing the Femilift by Alma, a CO2 laser with specific applications for painful intercourse, vaginal dryness, stress urinary incontinence and improving aesthetic appearance of the vagina. It can also improve sexual satisfaction by increasing sensitivity and lubrication. The procedure is done in the office and takes 15-30 minutes depending on which treatments we do. Intravaginally there is little to no discomfort. External treatments require topical numbing prior to treatment, which we provide. A series of 3 procedures 4 weeks apart is recommended for optimal outcomes.

The Femilift delivers a pixelated laser beam over a larger area than a focused beam laser.  This allows for faster treatment of large surface areas and creates microdamage areas which trigger a healing and resurfacing response in the tissue.  The new tissue is healthy, normalizing the vaginal pH and increasing vaginal tightness and lubrication.  The increased tone supports the bladder and urethra, reducing or eliminating stress incontinence.  The pixelated laser can also be applied to the labia majora to both tighten and lighten the tissue.

The laser also comes with focused laser tips, allowing for surgical procedures. Specific to vaginal rejuvenation, this allows for reduction in the labia minora to prevent pain and improve the appearance.
